FIV ARexperience is a digital storytelling and tourism project promoted by the Municipality of Figline and Incisa Valdarno. It offers an engaging way to explore the area’s history and culture through Augmented Reality, using nothing more than QR codes placed at key points of interest throughout the city.
The journey spans eight different locations, each brought to life by professional tour guides or art historians. A general introduction covers local traditions and cuisine, while at each site, local citizens share intriguing anecdotes rooted in popular folklore, helping to transport visitors back in time.
At the municipal buildings in Figline and Incisa, visitors can also learn about available public services and view the artworks housed within.
